We have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. If you wish to cancel or modify a reservation, you must do so 24 hours before your arrival date check-in time. If you cancel or change after the cancellation period's expiration or fail to show up, a no-show charge will be levied on your credit card for one whole night.

All the guests must be registered at the Front Desk upon check-in with valid gov. issued photo ID. No visitors are allowed from 8 PM to 8 AM. If you have visitors, you need to register them at the front desk with their ID and vehicle information. 

Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM. 

Smoking in the non-smoking rooms will result in a $400 cleaning fee. 

A daily cleaning fee of up to $5 per night will be charged to your reservation.

Once checked in, no cancellations. All linens are inventoried: missing or damaged linens will be charged. Any damages to hotel property will be charged an additional fee upon assessment. If your reservation has been paid in advance or you elect to pay by cash, a security deposit via credit card will be required upon check-in and will be charged in the event that damages outlined herein occur.
